What is my USI?

Your unique student identifier is your number from a central registry where any certificates gained from an RTO are kept. You can access them all at any time and your USI is required with your enrolment so we can issue your statement of attainment.
You can create or find your USI by going to www.usi.gov.au

Our prices are cheap but our training is first class. We understand that first aid is an essential skill and shouldn’t be priced out of your range to afford.

If you are going to be late we understand that this happens. If you are no more than 20 minutes late you will have to stay back afterwards so the trainer can make sure you understand the legislated requirements our accrediting body ASQA has determined you need to know. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you aren’t stressed.
If you are running more than 20 minutes late, unfortunately you will need to reschedule another training day at your expense.

Yes. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, this allows other students to book in your place. With less than 24 hours notice, it will be the full cost of a course to rebook, unless unexpected illness is the reason.

It is our trainer’s job to make sure you pass. All of our trainers are highly experienced and you are trained well to receive all the knowledge and skills you need to successfully complete the day. If you are struggling, rest assured, we will give you the attention needed to easily get through the course.

No. We understand how hard it can be for some people to book around their other commitments. The day will not be cancelled unless extreme circumstances interfere with our trainers attending.

It takes up to 2 weeks for your e-statement of attainment (SOA) to be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct on enrolment and you have provided your USI.
If your certificate has expired a Certificate of Attendance can be provided on the day as an interim SOA.

Laminated hard copy of your certificate can be ordered for an extra $10
